When sourcing from salvage yards, inspect the eccentric cam bolt seats for elongation and check the rubber bushings for oil saturation—common failures after 100k miles. The right-side counterpart 55121-30P01 shares identical geometry but is not side-swappable due to asymmetric mounting points and reversed bushing orientations.
