Access requires removing the inner fender liner or reaching through the engine bay to release the twist-lock bulb socket and single mounting screw. Inspect for cracked lenses (common from rock strikes) and check that the plastic mounting tab isn’t snapped—a frequent failure point on 30-year-old Z32s. If you find a Stanley Electric casting marked 045-2134, that’s your confirmation.
