A later supersession 61-14-9-259-496 offers identical functionality with improved terminal coatings to resist corrosion. Common failures include water intrusion from clogged sunroof drains corroding the lower terminals, or burnt pins on the blower motor circuit. When pulling from a donor, inspect the multi-pin connectors for green oxidation and verify the mounting bracket tabs aren't cracked.
